* Maximum of 6 hours. Bookings over 6 hours will need to pay the daily rate.
Weekend rate is for hire from 3pm on Friday to 3pm on Sunday.
Daily rate is up until midnight.

To
hire the Hall:
1. Check the Calendar page to ensure your date is free.
2. Complete the booking form and return along it to the booking secretary either via email or address shown on the booking form.
3. Once this has been received by the Booking Secretary you will receive a confirmation email along with our bank details to enable you to make payment.
4. Full payment must be received no later than 4 months before your hire date and the £150 deposit needs to be received at least 7 days before your booking.
PLEASE ensure that you read everything on the booking form as you are signing to say that you have read and understand everything on the form.

The hall has a Premises Licence and a PRS Licence which cover the sale of alcohol and any music played in the Hall.
